like we've been discussing in PMs, feel free to limit it to 10 downloaders at a time. this should fix the low bandwidth problem.

Hey,
I had recently seen on a forum somwhere else, correct me if I am wrong, but this person said you are able to take your xbox HDD and connect it to your computer to soft-mod the xbox from your PC manually, he said it only takes like 5 mins. I was wondering if anyone knew more about this method of softmodding!

Yes it's possible, if you check out Appendix G of the AID 2 manual it will show 2 ways to put a large hdd in an unmodded box, both using a modchipped box or a pc.

I am not using a large hard drive, I want to use the original xbox hard drive but I want to connect it to my computer and softmod it then put it back in my hard drive, or I have a 4 gig hard drive I was going to use. But first I need to know if it is possible.

It should be with the Auto-Installer Deluxe v2.0 package.

a 4 gig sould work too though right?
I got 3 hours till my AID is done then I can look at manual , I think this is the godsend I have been looking for. the most straight forward softmodding tool I have found yet. I will give it a look see and be able to give you feed back.

No a 4 gig will be too small, you'll need atleast 10.

that would be narly instead of buying AR and the usb flash drive so I can transfer the save game from computer. sence I can just hook the hard drive to it
