The tut says it's supposed to be an ISO. Some of the forum entries say it's a rar file. I'd know what to do with either of those, but what the heck is a torrent file? How do I get the AID ISO out of it? Thanks!

A torrnet required you to install a application onto your pc so you can download the file.. A .torrent file is just information as to where your pc will download from.
Install a BT app like 'azereus' and then click on the link.. It shouuld start downloading.
btw.. If you can get onto the VIP SERVER you can download the AID in .rar format (http://www.winrar.com).. RAR is just a compression program that saves space.. Use WINRAR to extract the .iso from inside the .rar file..
