There are three parts to setting up a xdk box: XDK addon component to MS VS.NET 2003, debug bios, and xdk launcher(dash). The debug bioses come with AID in the BIOS\Debug folder.

The torrent should give you the dash and pc components(iirc), but that dash is not the most current version. I beleive the latest is 5933. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
