I wrote an article about installing XBMC 2 and the experience I had upgrading to the new version of it. Maybe this can help someone out (and show my complete lack of experience).
I'm obviously pretty new to this (you'll see from my post), so if you do stop by and check out my post, please feel free to give some helpful advise.
I tried documenting as well as a could what happened during the installation to give everyone an idea of everything I tried to get it working. I finally got XMBC2 installed using AID 3.10.
Anyway, now that I have XBMC 2 installed, it works great. I appreciate all the hard work that has went into XBMC and the AID projects.

It once again proves that AID 3.10 is a great tool for modders from Noob to experienced. It saves you alot of trouble and has many great tools to work with.

I agree,
I was very wary about putting a new HD in my xbox (cos i is noob,, not much longer though,, big learning curve) and AID just did all the work for me.
Top piece of kit.

Maybe DJB needs to explain to M$ how to make a decent install.
