Im not really sure whats wrong here.... You should only need 1 file for mech assault though.

the mech assault gamesave. Unless SID 5 is different from the others, Mechassault should only have 1 file. do you have msn messanger?

I cant find any installer with just one file for mechassualt anywhere

Its going to be a folder with the title : 4d530017
In that will be 3 files saveimage, titleimage, and titlemeta
and 1 folder titled:62D648EBF155
In that folder will be default.xbe, masave.sav, and savemeta
Thats what the mech save exploit will look like.

ok i found and downloaded the 4d530017 file it was labeled MechAssault_Install_Linux and was just one file the place i found it was http://www.xbox-linux.org/wiki/Savegame_Transfer_using_Action_Replay_HOWTO
download link was at the bottom

But on the installation instructions just below the links is says click here and takes you to a new page and a little way down the page it has a spot on xbox compatibility------is that info correct because if so then my xbox might be to new to softmod i think

Loaded the softmod and it still did the same thing all the others did black screen green led
