yes, single boot will allways boot your mdded dash. You can wait till after you mod to setup FTP. Xbox networking tutorial--> http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-204.html

Yea i went with the single boot because i dont have live and wont use it anyway. Im tryn to figure out the ftp thing to back up the files onto my computer. But thanks alot for all the help man! if i have another problem (which i hope i dont) ill make sure to contact you. Thanks again

alright. finally was able to ftp into the xbox. now what files do i need to copy onto my computer?

The main one you want to grab is the one found in the E drive folder back up its the eeprom back up folder.

its a good idea to have the whole thing, but the main file you want is the eeprom.bin file.
