hi, im not sure if this will work so i need some reassurance and some help. I now own two xbox's. one of whick i f*cked by an attempted softmod and i dont know if it will even cold boot disks any more, and the other which is softmodded with unleashx and evox (well choice really).. anyways, i was wondering if i could find an easy simple and hopefully a way tht costs nothing to use my fixed softmod xbox, to access my other hard drive and delete/copy/add/fix files on it to repair. Ive taken the tops off of both and had a fiddle around swapping IDE cables and power ones and whatnot but no result, just different error codes.. i used evox 2 unlock my hard drive, if that helps at all..? does anyone have any advice?

Softmods needs locked hdds to operate. If you unlocked a drive and powered off then your only option is to chip it unless you saved the eeprom.bin to you pc. Then you can lock it using pirrup's hotswap tutorial. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

the hard drive of the broken xbox is locked, i jus wondered if unlocking the other one would make a difference.. obvoiusly not, iyl lock it again then. What do i do to resolve this issue then?? is there any way my softmod xbox will be able to access the other hard drive?
