Ok here goes my xbox is in my livingroom my pc in the bedroom. I am using winxp pro and have a netgear wireless router hooked up for internet. the router is in the living room with the tv and xbox. I have a cat5 run from router to xbox and the router is picking up the xbox but I cannot connect to it usinf flash fxp ftp client. If it help any I am running a v1.1 xbox with a soft mod. So can I connect through my router and how? Do I need to setup a home network connection? How can I do this? I am on the net with the wireless but windows says it cannot find my network adapters to setup new network. HELP please!!
I also want to use a 200 gig hard drive ( ordered tonight) can I do this with the soft mod?

If you have Evolution X running on your machine you can FTP when the dash is up and running.
Just configure evox ip settings so they are on the same range as your PC.
