its all installed, but all i get when i turn it on is a xecuter3 rock my box and then directly to the chips menu i havent installed any thing else other than the bios what do i do next

Best bet is to get the AID 1.01 pack. It has all sorts of dashboards, programs, emulators and utilities you can add.
if you aren't a vip like i see, you get it on a bit torrent (look to the very bottom left "Hosted Sites" menu and download that, or spend the 5-10 bucks to be able to get it from the VIP ftp.
its about 500 mgs which when un-rar'd is more that 1.5 gigs. so you will need to burn the iso onto a dvd-rw and just boot from the disc.
also x3cl has a built in ftp with burst mode so it goes quick when uploading to your box, you can put individual programs that way.l
but honestly the AID 1.01 (auto installer deluxe 1.01) is worth 10, even the 40 bucks, it is that handy. _________________ XBOX v1.6
