Using a working x2.6 i am trying to reflash a bad x2.6
So i am trying to hotswap flash my modchip. I boot the xbx up with the working chip using slayers disc, Turn the chip off, swap with the bad flashed chip, turn the chip on and unprotect it. When i try to flash it i get this error
"Flash Not Writeable"
anyway to fix this? or is the chip dead?

no , the chip should still be good ,
you will need to make sure that chip B is connected same way as chip G was,
aka , D0 or ground or extra power , whatever it might be ,
if the slayers doesnt work try using the AID 2.11 it has a lot more bioses to choose from ,plus you will need to pick the correct bios size for your chip .
if this fails you can also try using raincoat or xflash _________________ Xbox v1.0/1.1/1.5/1.6a
