I decided I'm probably going to mod my xbox finally, and think softmod might be the way for me...

To use that controller link to act as an USB cord, does it have to be an official microsoft one? The gamestop has some generic ones here that are pretty cheap.

nm. AR on ebay is pretty cheap these days. I forgot the 360 came out I guess. lol.
