alllright i start from the top i got a version1.0 box softmoded using SID 4.5 no probs running unleashX. K my cuz has the same i softmoded his box well i gave him AID on a disc and installed DVD2XBOX and other harmless apps right so any wayz he sorta deleted all the apps i installed.
so being the dumbass that he is in AID he thought he had to prepare the hdd because he saw me doing it BUT instead of clickin prepare E he went to format E.. and he waz like oh shit he called me over and i waz like OMFG.. i reboted his box and the disc trays lights cycled green,red,ornage and a screen came saying ur xbox need service with a skull i managed to coldbot AID i installed MS dash again and reienstalled unleashX reboted and every thing was cool i have no idea WTF i just did but my question is is his boxed messed up.....

Why do you need help?? You just said his xbox is working fine now. If you got it up and running again then whats the problem.
I don't understand how you got AID to load though. I thought that if you formated the HDD that it would erase the soft mod.

No, your box is fine. The error you got with the skull is a mod safezone. Thanks to the SID 4.5 installer, it creates a safe error 21. When you coldbooted, it still had the mod files and allowed AID to run. You're safe, and fine. Just don't do it again _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
