After attmpting to install a evox/unleashx softmod (using splinter cell) my game froze so then i used 007... now if i open my cd tray i get that huge error message and my led blinks red/green i can still load 007 though and get back to the softmod installer screen, but when i choose any of the opions they all come up with error messages...
I got these save files from xbins...
Do any of u think that they are corrupt? I have tried several different verions and I get the same error messages..
Is there a save file that will fix my xbox so I can then move on from there?
Some in depth advice would be greatly appretiated...
P.S. I am using Action Replay...

I have heard of a lot of people having trouble with the 007 exploit. If you have the splinter cell sid save on your box as well, I would try that. If you don't have splinter cell and you can't get to your xbox dashboard, try using the original game (instead of the platinum hit).

I have heard of people trying to install soft mods with order version of MS dash. Aparently you run into problems if you have an old MS dash.

Have you every played Halo2 on your xbox?? I think someone said that Halo2 updates the dah. there are other games that will update your dash aswell.

Just an idea. Try booting your xbox with the tray closed and with no game in it.

If you modded with SID4.5, then you have to unmount the virtual C via the savegame exploit to get it to remod.
