HELP, im using splinter cell (PAL) (trying to install sid v.2.0) i have the newest xbl update for it and whenever i go to load it up, befor i can do anything, it automaticly gos to please contact customer support blah blah blah, i restart the xbox normal screen try again does the same thing
does any one know why or how to fix this? any help would be appreciated

On the M$ Dash, delete the whole game save folder for splinter cell. This should fix it _________________

Hey I really think your problem is that you haven't update your MS dash , but you think you did. check it for sure...
If this indeed is the problem, take a new game, Burnout3 for example and go to the live menu, here create new live account, and then a menu comes up if you want to go out of the game,say yes. now he's goining to update.
I think this is the only possible explenation, so good luck, i hope it works.

I went on splinter cell chaos theory to update live and i doesn't update so im pritty sure its up to date. unless theres a different reason why chaos theory doesnt update on xbl?

I've been reading past posts and I've come to the conclusion that its probbly the mem card, if anyone thinks other wise and thinks i shouldn't go buy an official mem card please tell me because i dont want to waste my money, thanks
