Im using xboxhdm 1.9
this is the message a get after i use option 1
'no disk drive found on /dev/hda/(primary master)!
does this means my hard drive is locked?

are you trying to install a bigger hd or hotswap? what it means is that you either didnt put the hd in jumper setting in master or its not pluged on the same ide cable that shares the cd drive. _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
