If you can put old drive in and ftp to it, get your eeprom.bin file copied to your computer again. Also look around your xbox drive partitions for a possible different/additional eprom.bin file. When I first installed a larger Hdd somehow the first code I recorded was different when I from another code that I recorded. See I had problems getting it to lock and I tried reinstalling the xboxhdm and msdash and recopied my eprom file several times. At some point , some how I noticed the code it was giving me had changed from previous attempts. I wanst confusing my Hdd key with the eprom either. Any way if you can look again on your drive for duplicates.
