Yup Alright this is the problem. My xbox already has an softmod installed, im just upgrading the hard drive. I Burned Xbox hdm onto a cd. I have the slayer in C:/ and Eprom in the emprom folder. I did that thingy and it made the .rar which I Made into a CD.
I swaped my primary master with my hard drive. I try to Unlock that hard drive (with option 3 in the beginning) but it says. Password Incorrect or something (something that says password blah) It wont let me unlock the hard drive for usage.
If i go and press 1 and then xboxhd it will say my hard drive is locked and cannot do anything with it. Can anyone tell me how to Unlock the hard drive so I can builtd from scratch or point me to an xbox hdm guide?

Hard to follw you there on what your wanting........ If you trying to install a larger drive into the box your doing it wrong, The new drive isnt locked so you cant unlock it. Build your cd with msdash and xboxhdm and put your eprombin into the eeprom folder put the cd in your comp and hook new hdd to comp, boot from cd. I followed that Now my xbox ONLY has EVOX installed (the default skin is witht the one with the binkini girl from doa incase I have no fucking clue what im talking about). Alright how do I install dvd2xbox (cd game ripper) and the xbox multimedia thing.
Or even better get the dashboard up.
