I have all the files and when i put extract AID.30 MP5 file it saya error. WHAT Do i do! OMG i am so mad and lost!

Then again, it might not be what you're looking for, so tell me/us what you've DL'd and where you got it.

While we're at it, tell me/us about your Xbox. retail, chipped or softmodded?

Chances are that your problems can be resolved easily once we know where you're at.

An .md5 or .sfv are simply used if you have a md5 of sfv checker which goes through real quick to see if your files match the size they are supposed to be...meaning if your download was sucessful or not....However, those files serve no other purpose....therefore, if you extracted the twenty something aid 3 files correctly then you do not even need the checkers...however if you got an error while unraring the files then you could run a checker and see which file(s) were bad....hope that helps...later.
