I get this message when booting AID 2.11:
Not all required resources can be loaded.
This is usually caused by a lack of HD space on E:/ or X:/
You can try FTPing (192.168.0.100:21) and correct the problem.
I have no dashboard, i'm trying to install one. So how can I FTP without a dashboard?
If theres a way what do I set my default gateway to?
And i'm using an Xecuter 2 chip and not a softmod if that helps.

Since you are using a Xecuter 2 modchip why dont you just forat your entire hdd and reinstall everything..?? You could just format E: only or all.. its up to you.

Thats what i would do..
1. FORMAT C:\
2. install M$ Dashboard to C:\ drive
3. install HACKED DASHBOARD (evox) to where you can (e: c:\)

are you sure its not just a media issue?? Have you burned AID to a DVD-R??
If this dvd-r has booted before without problem but now doesnt we may need to do it another way.
Have you though of purchasing a new larger hdd.?? Since you have a modchip you can just install this new larger hdd and AID will format and parition it for you..
anyway, keep us in the loop. We will do our best to help
hi thanks for the help...i kno how to ftp, it works wen i insert a boot disk like slayers 2.6....but even then it doesnt allow me to delete or upload anything...i can only download...how do i get AID running?

My only guess is it's not burned properly. If Slayers can boot it's obviously not your xbox.
I'd try using a DVD-R at 1x oe 2x (sometimes the slower you go the better the result). Personally I burn them at 4x but I have a pretty powerful PC.

what about the music djb.. Maybe the music caches to the e: drive or somethng.??
If this is the case, here's what to do:
1) Extract the AID ISO using C-Xbox Tool.
2) Go to the AID2.Music and AID2.SFX folder and delete the sound files.
3) Re-create the ISO using C-Xbox Tool.
4) Burn at 2x.
Hopefully that might work.

thats a lot of work if u have a mod chip just ftp thats the better thing about the chip as to a softmod u can always connect almost no matter what all u will need to do is replace your dash with another one.another thing back up your eeprom and ms-dash just in case of emergency..
