alright i just bought a hitachi 160gb hd, and i followed the tutorials and burned the iso to a cd, i replaced the harddrives and boot from cd, i can get it to run, but when i type "1" or "2" and hit enter, this comes up ---> "Loading/isolinux/FatxImage......" then this comes up ---> "Could not find ramdisk image: initrd.gz" ??? If anyone knows how to help me that would be great, or if u have any other suggestions on how to get this hd working, please please help me? sry for being a major noob.

so did u transfer ur C , E , EEPROM??? then burn the disc as iso???? make sure ur hdd u making is primary master and ur dvd /cd reader is slave .... and that ur pc boots cd/dvd reader first .... remove any hdd u might have so u will have ur dvd/cd rom and ur new hdd.. yeah thats what i did, i put the eeprom in the eeprom folder, then i backed up my c: and e: to the folders in the linux folder, then i hit the make-iso-win, then used dvd decrypter to burn the iso image file to a cd, then i removed my comp hdd, and made the new one master, then the cd/dvd slave and it boots fine from the cd, but when i type 1 and hit enter to boot VGA consle, it says it cant find the ramdisk image: initrd.gz???? any suggestions?
