i have nascar 06 and i want to put it on another back up disk how do i do that

If it's retail, use DVD2Xbox to strip it off the disk, ftp the game to the pc then create an iso and burn it back to a disk.

now my xbox isnt modded in anyway so after i put it on dics using like nero of whatever will it sitll work?
