Ok, I just got the xbox and it has/had/has/had evox.
One of the options was to play the game from the hdd.
however there was no option to put the game onto the hdd.
Another option was xbox dashboard. Ok - let's see what happens?
Oh - nothing much. Turn it off/on. Xbox dashboard again. I'm think'n,
'hey what happened to evox?' I have lunch. Turn it on - evox is back. cool. No damage done. Another off/on cycle and evox is gone?
What's happening? I wonder. How do I get evox consistently?
Well during one of the off/on cycles when evox appeared, I decided to check out the trainer. It has a bunch of titles on it. I don't know what it is so off it goes and here I am. What is a 'trainer'?
It is supposed to have xecuter 2 and s/b v 1.6 or 1.6b. With Aid 2.0

some chips have a dual mode booting ,
if you press the eject button to boot the xbox it will load the oryginal dashboard ,
if you press the power button to boot the xbox it will boot from the chip and load the evox or whatever dashboard thats installed ,

Yea, I was going to edit the message to say that if I use the 'tray button' to start the xbox, then evox starts every time ( 4 for 4 anyway ).

edit: is that something that can be changed via the ini file or that's just the way it's going to be i.e. start from the tray button to get evox?

A trainer is similar to "code breaker" for the ps2, or gameshark. It is just a built in cheating device for games. You turn the cheats on for your game, hit save and exit, reboot evox, and start your game using evox for the cheats to be active. _________________ XBOX- V1.0
