I have a modded V1.0 with X3 chip works fine with burned games and original games but when I launch avalaunch it comes up with error 3 on F: how can i fix this?

what did you use to format your upgraded hdd?
I would suggest getting a hold of Auto INstaller Deluxe which was written by DJB from HQ..
This Autoinstaller has 60+ Dashboards, Apps, emulators and other xbox utitilites for your xbox console.. Once you download the AID2 you unrar it and burn to a DVD-R and boot in your xbox with the modchip turned on (or softmod installed)..
Once then menu appears you can choose to do many things..
Format just the F:\ drive , G:\ drive etc etc
and many other options.
hopefully that will sort out any problems you are having.
also, if it is a stock hard drive, then there shouldnt be an f partition (unless it is a seagate) also, go to the settings on your dashboard and make sure that the f partition is enabled
