is it possible to just pop in a pal game on my modded ntsc box? or do I have to change settings or get some other software?

yeah, as long as your bios lets you play imports, then you should beable to play it

my x2 bios lets me play imports, backups, and originals...its about a year old so if you have gotten any thing since july last year you should be good to go

I just tried it and all I get is the audio..
I enabled autoswitch and also put the multiregion on PAL and all I get is audio..
I'm using a VGA Adapter so maybe it has something to do with that?

hmm, maybe, i've never actually tried it so i wouldnt know where to go from there...if your tv is pal enabled, you could load enigmah (xbox app on AID) to switch the box to pal and maybe the game can play that way

well its actually a computer monitor...
I just tried it on my tv and all I get is a B&W picture and the video is kind of messed up
I tried messing with the settings (force PAL60 or whatever) and it still doesn't work

ohh, well if you get ahold of AID 2.02, which was made by our very own DJB, it has the enigmah video mode changer under the tools option...mess around with that if you get a chance....good luck
