My Console hasnt been banned.
I'd like to know if
1 Is it safe to be on live if you don't play any games
2 Can I download Demos and not get banned???
And anymore info to stay safe would be helpful thank you.
I have a Hitachi I don't have the last version.(If this helps in anyway.)
Please tell me if there is anything wrong with this too.

If your modded then no xbox live will have nothing to do with you what so ever.
Since you have been banned you might need to reinstall you MS dash if your getting any errors.
If you want to play online with a modded xbox you need to look in to installing xlink kai you can get theat here. http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/
Sorry guy when it comes to modded xboxs live dont play around.

Are you running a mod chip if so just turn it off then play away.
as long as you have the OG disc you will be fine.

You want xbox360-HQ.com but with the 360 if your modded you still cant go on live for anything if the mod is running.

Some people have been banned. Be wary when downloading and updating. Thats how they get banned. _________________
