All songs and challenge mode completed:
At the main menu, select "Options", then choose the "Credits" option. At the credits screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A on controller four. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
Colors (For Extreme) song:
Play at least 100 songs to unlock the Colors (For Extreme) song. Note: They do not need to be cleared.
Graduistic Cyber song:
Get an "AA" rank on any song to unlock the Graduistic Cyber song.
Healing Vision (Angelic Mix) song:
Get a rank of at least "C" on Healing Vision on all difficulty settings to unlock the Healing Vision (Angelic Mix) song.
Max300 song:
Get an "AAA" rank on any song. Alternately, win Max300 on roulette and then clear it to unlock the Max300 song.
MGS2 Mission R song:
Get an "A" rank on any song to unlock the MGS2 Mission R song.
Orion. 78 (Civilization Mix) song:
Play at least 300 songs. Note: They do not need to be cleared.
Paranoia Rebirth song:
Get a rank of at least "C" on Paranoia Eternal on all difficulty settings to unlock the Paranoia Rebirth song.
Put Your Faith In Me (Saturday Night Mix) song:
Intentionally fail any song to unlock the Put Your Faith In Me (Saturday Night Mix) song.
Sana Mollete Ne Ente (BLT Style) song:
Get a rank of at least "C" on Sana Mollete Ne Ente on all difficulty settings to unlock the Sana Mollete Ne Ente (BLT Style) song.
