Yeah I guess I do. Now that this is all not like a foreign language to me, I think I'm getting better. I just have to see it done before I can do it. I'm a lot further than I was. Radioshack has LEDs for $1.50ea. That's too much isn't it?

I dont know man i do know th RS here has a lot of them and some are like 99 cents for a 6 pack, the resistors are like 99 cents for 6 allso.
Youll do fine man just dont let your solder hand shake. lol

I'm going to buy the supplies today. Would there be any need for another power source like you setup, for just these 8 lights? I might put one in the jewel too, but that will be it.

No man, no need for more power i ran 16 leds off the stock power and had no probs at all.
LEDs use very little power to run so just pop them in and your good to go.

Lol, dude, hit up ebay!!!

I got 100 LEDs in multiple colors too if you want for only like $13.

I'm tellin you, just be like i want 20 blue and 80 white, etc. Any colors you want just gotta find the right one.

Yeah man thay will get the jub done just keep in mind that the resistors that come with them are for 12v so youll need to pick up some other resistors for the controller ports.

I went to RadioShack and bought a five pak of the 47ohm resistors. 1/2 watt - 5% tolerance
