Readking up on some XBO error codes I see that "5" means that my hard disk is locked. Maybe it's keeping them from being saved, but I can see evry game into the roms folder under file manager, but not in the emu roms folder.

Step by Step, this is what I do. I burn the iso image using Qwix. Then I durn the iso image to dvd-r using Dvd Decrypter. Once that is done, I put it into the XBOX and go to file manager. The option at the top right says that the disc has data. So I go into the file manager under the left side and enter "D". Under the right side, I select E/emulators/Znesxbox/roms. Then I proceed to transfer the files from the dvd(on the left side) to the roms folder on the right side. I have tried "move" and "copy". During the process, I always get either and error 5 or error 123 message. Even though it shows errors, some of the games still go through and are visible on the right side under roms. But when I exot out and go into the emulators, the games are not there even though the fie manager says they are. As I said, a few times, thee have ben a couple of games in there(5 or so), but either I can't play them or I dont want them. I just want to put the ones I select on there without these damn errors and phantom files.

Does that make more sense. It's like the files that I burned onto the dvd-r aren't iso files or they after bruning them they aren't in the .smc file format. Now that I think abot it, the games have ".srm" and".lnk" behind them. Ther might be one more thing I can't remember. They dont show the ".smc" after the game names. Does this matter? like I said, everything works like it is supposed to, besides the errors, but the games just arent playable or they wont show up. I'm going to buy a dvd-r right now so I can tamper with it some more and see what I find. Im just getting so tired of running around town buying and returning things I think I need and they don't work.

Oh, I can see all of the games in th file manager under the E/emulators/Zexbox/roms. In the fie manager, I can see the games like they should be shown. But in the actual emulators, in the Zsnexbox/roms, the games are not there. Maybe that will clear up that line. I type too fast and don't worry about the grammar, that's all that is.

okay, I'm back from the store with a dvd-rw. I went in through the "command prompt" nad changed every file that I have renamed all into .smc files. I'm now going to burn a fresh dvd with the iso image on it. Give me a few minutes to burn it and give me a call wes. Call me to save me the LD charges.

So I booted up the first disc and copied them all individually and most worked. Some didn't. The ones that worked are playable in the emulator. So then, I popped in the second disc and they all work and show up in the file manager, but again, they don't show in the emulator. I'm guessing that maybe that whole batch of second roms aren't any good. They were downloaded from a different torrent. Also, the dvd+rw didnt read at all. Guess I'm going to download more roms and hopefully not waste any more dvds.

I went ahead and burned one more iso with all of the files that I added the ".smc" to. They all work now. I guess you have to have that tag on them inorder for them to be compatible with the emulator. Everything is good. Next step is LED in the controller ports. Need to find a tutorial.
