this kind of problem is really common. it happend to me but i switch the bank and reflashed the bank i screwed up. it works fine. just switch the bank _________________

Ok here are some answers to a few of your questions
1. I think i screwed up as in damaging the motherboard but not sure
2. I do have that litte switch thing but its red not blue like that picture
3. I did try to boot up the backup but nothing came up on the screen

well, no matter wat color the switch is (may be a cloned chip or just made with different parts), you can go ahead and turn it off, flick the switch, and power it back on and tell me what happens... _________________

No i mean the led, in that picture the led is a bright blue mine is a bright red
