now back to this issue ....
use any burrning program as long as its an iso /udf
image file but make sure u finlize that cd or dvd cuz if it anit then it wont read on xbox . _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Well I hope I dont waste too many DVDr's I mean I bet the probable was just that dummyCD thing but once I get my hands on a DVDR and then burn the ISO it should work out just fine... but untill then I still would like too save a game too the harddrive but I dont know how to FTP a app too the xbox correctly such as DVD2XBOX =/

as far as burin game 2 hd .. just get xed or aid
then burn the app dvd2xbox .. better yet just add me 2 aim n we talk from ther..
EDIT: u dont need dummy files .. mb that is why ur disc arnt workin..

If you dont want to waste any dvds accidentally try using DVD/RWs with the samsung dvd rom you dont really need to us the dummy cd/dvd it should be able to read it but if you want to go on the safeside then use the dummy cd/dvd. But the samsung can be picky with the burnable media . _________________

It says you need dummyCD for your xbox too read CDrs and CDRWs

It really depends on the DVD drive some are more picky than others tweaked or not. _________________

AID 2.11 no longer needs the dummy files for a CD burn and does work on a CD because mine is on a cd. Be sure if it's in a rar format, you've un-rared it then if using Nero (and most likely Alcohol 120, which I'm not fond of) burn it at the slowest speed possible and an ISO. AID 2.11 will work on DVD too.
SID 4 is also burnable on CD-R and uses the same route as above.
If you're still having issues, be sure your burner has the most recent firmware, that solved issues for me too. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

Well I only burnt one disk and it was that one that didnt work I think I am going to try and burn the another CDr (if I can find one around here) and just burn it without using dummyCD first maybe that'll work if it dosnt then I am sure I will have too burn it using a dvd furthermore how can I use a CDRW if the file size is like around 660+ my cdrw is only 650mbs

How exactly do I "push" the size of it in nero? I have the latest nero and also how should I burn the CDRW ? Make it a data CD? and also do I burn it as a "make UDF CD" or "make bootable CD" or what ? there is also a make UDF/ISO cd and a bunch more so which one should I choose

i knew it he doesnt know what settings and that is why it anit burning right
ok click on nero burning rom then there should be options on the left side with a drop down list look for the last one it should be called :
cd-rom(udf/iso)
and keep in mind that u have to finalize the cd ...
once u choose that option DONT change any settings on the other stuff

and again u DO NOT need a damn dummy file

Well okay but my CDRW is only 650MB and the ISO file is around 660 or somthing so it wont fit so now what? How can nero get more out of the disk or whatever

Ah ha, so you have something like Sony CD-RW, 74min/650mb.
