By default evox (and maybe unleash?) look for emulators in the folder "Emulators" on any of the partitions. Put your emu in their own folder under Emulators, and make sure the xbe is named default.xbe ala e:\Emulators\xSnes9x_V1.42_17June2004\default.xbe
As to roms, that varies from emulator to emulator. Most, but not all of them have configuration files which can specify a directory to use, personally I made a "Roms" folder on my f drive, ala f:\Roms\N64\ or f:\Roms\SNES\ etc etc. Again, you'll need to check your emulators doc's for that.

I have been looking around to see if I have a folder that says Emulator and no luck. I am using evox, I can always just make a folder. What partion should I place it in? Same for ROMS.
Confused
