Hi all.............i need to get an answer to a possible idiot question.....I've got my xbox games on my p.c. hard drive and i've converted them using QUIX.....but when i've gone into either nero or dvd decripter... the iso has been created i've written the iso.....but it does'nt work on the box.......I'm using datawrite red dvd's........and some other back up games i've got are on them....but after wasting half a packet of them.....my heads beginning to explode ....can u help plzzzzzzzzzz....

the best way to test your media is to
put some music on it and see,
If this works then when you are burning your iso instead of the normal way, goto recorder and burn image. make sure your iso`s have Default.xbe`s
in the main root of the disk
I.E. not in a folder called "game".
then it should work fine.

thnx for the help.....i'll keep trying...at least until the shop sells out of blank dvd's.....lol.i must be doing something simple wrong...as when i go to check my other backed up games windows does'nt pick up what they are but the ones i've tried doing reg as normal iso's with iso buster reading it with a windows logo by the side with ios next to it and nothing else...but all the tutorias point me towards quix to convert the rar files....if u have any further ways for me plzz let me know...as long as it does'nt involve hitting anything with a hammer......

also in the older xboxs without the samsung dvd drive it will only read DVD-R it will not read any kind of media if it can then my xbox is screwed up _________________ xbox v1.0

I'm a little lost. First of all, is your xbox modded? You cannot play burned Iso's on an unmodded box. _________________
