I was trying to upgrade my hard drive with a wd 250 gb and some how it got locked and I can unlock it. I all ready try the xboxhdm tools, the hdunlockx, hdunlock, atapwd and the wd utility and I can get it to unlock. Can somebody help me?

Are you trying to say you can't unlock it? Because you just said you can unlock it twice.

If you can't unlock it, lets start off with how your box is configured. Is it softmodded right now, or is it still stock? If your not running a TSOP or a mod chip you want the hard drive locked.

Better yet, how did you lock it? What were you doing when you 1st realized it was locked?
