Pezzar and i just told you your next step try to hotswap it with this guide http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-161.html and if that wont work chip it.

No prob man but you cant pull the swap with a laptop.

You need a pc with ide hdd hook ups.

Like i said the onley other option is to get a modchip.
