I've taken the plunge and had a go with v3.1, boots up fine and loads the menu, I backed it all up and thats is great.
I have the original MS Dash so I can play live, but with my Aladdin mod chip I can boot with it on or off.
I was going to leave it like that and using the xselect application load EvolutionX Dash as an application along with Enigmah, XMBC and a couple of emulators.
What order do you do it? Xselect to C:\ and then all apps to E:\
Whenever I try and load evox dash as an app on E:\ it starts copying and reports an error at the end, and then when I try and load any other app it says finished quickly but has not done anything.
I loaded and then could not remove xselct from C:\ it also reported an error.
In the end I formatted the C:\ and restored the backup just to get back to where I started as I really don't want to kill my box.
Am I just being stupid or do I have to replace the original MS Dash first before I can load any apps?
