I purchased a modded xbox from a friend and no very little about modding in general. Currently I have a 160 gig hard disk installed but I want to upgrade to a 320 gig disk. My question is, can I purchase a regular 300-320 gig IDE hard disk and use disk mirroring software to copy the old disks contents sector by sector to the new disk and then swap them? When I start the xbox up it says xecutor2, I assume this is the mod-chip. Are there any size limitations in the xbox's or my modchip's BIOS that limit the size of compatible hard disks? What is all this talk about locking hard disks? Has anyone done this and can anyone recomend a piece of mirroring software that would work? Thanks!!!

I'm not using AID I'm using Slayer. Is there a way to clone the disk without redoing the whole system?

Ok, just put down slayers. It is dead and old. You need to d/l the latest AID 3.0 It is more up to date than slayers and is much easier to use. Just get it and install chimps like he said. _________________ Moddingbandit
