i have a
1.6 softmod sid 4.5 250 gig
1.4 tsop x2bios 400 gig
everytime i start up xboxes they fight for 1 ip
i have tried dhcp and static conection but they still fight for one ip
if only one on it will pick up ip fine
when i boot 2 boxes its first come first serve.
i have used sid 3.0 to reset network it will come up with same ip
before i switched hdd from xboxes they ahd no prob getting seperate ips
if that matters.
i have also reset myrouter

you need to find out what ip address range your router is using..
do this.
1. Click Start Menu
2. Choose RUN and then type 'cmd' and press enter (without '')
3. Now type 'ipconfig /all'
it will now list all your pc info.. write it down and reply.
4. Once you have all your router/pc ip address info we then will setup your xboxes both with static ip address.. this way they will always be the same.
