When I turn on my xbox, I see the xbox logo with Microsoft underneath it. Can i now load on evox, or do I need to load something else first so that I see the xbox logo with my xecuter logo under it.

The logo changes when you have a chip on the xbox. Softmodded boxes still run the m$ bios. A chipped box is where you load the xecuter or Evox bios, thus changing the logo.
