Good gawd folks. Is everyone ok? There was a line of thunderstorms and tornadoes from the Great Lakes all the way down to the Gulf Coast.
Everyone got to take a bite out of that sh*t sandwich. We had some tornadoes reported to our west, north and east but none hit here. Just a couple of miles from my house in a city called Lakeland, reports are of a possible tornado decent with some minor damage but nothing thank God where I live except for large hail and an enormous amount of rain.
I am a volunteer storm spotter for the National Weather Service, Skywarn http://www.srh.noaa.gov/meg/skywarn.html so I got out of work and started trying to spot funnel clouds, wall clouds and/or tornadoes. Thank goodness I had nothing to report.

That sucks.

Yeah it got kinda rough around here, knocked out my dsl for a few minutes, but everything blew on by. Lots of rain and lightning but no damage that I could see. A few reported tornadoes around here, but they didn't go through where I live. I could see the lightning hitting pretty close though, and all during the storm i was wiring my all of my speakers
12.2 now, 2 on the tv, 10 satelite speakers (2 front left, 2 front right, 2 rear right, 2 rear left, 1 front center, 1 rear center, then 2 subs. It's decently loud, but the range is pretty amazing. Unlike most car stereos people around me have. You can hear all of the highs and mids just as well as feel and hear the bass. It's a pretty good cheap setup (was only about $200 for both sets of speakers, maybe $300 at most). With over 1000w RMS at my disposal, I think I came upon a great deal. I'll probably get a true 5.1 setup sometime soon though. _________________
