Hi, new to the forums...
Game programming is a big hobby of mine. I started progging on a Commodore 64 when I was six years old. Been programming games since.
As far as consoles go, I've developed for Nes, Snes, and GBA recently.
I'm a big xbox fan but, don't have a mod at the moment. Although, I do have a ridiculous collection of stripped parts.
Looking forward to people smarter than me, getting to work on hacking the Xbox 360. Also, looking forward to the Nintendo Revolution. Hopefully, they will have an open approach to indie development for that. Or at least, allow independently made roms to run on it. We'll see I guess.
I'm kind of a video game nut, and have been since I was a kid. I've won various arcade tournaments though, nothing national. I'm kind of like 'Wizard' which was a really cool movie when it came out in the 80s but, when you think about it now, having a national tournament for Mario Bros. is kind of lame.
Of course, I can't really compare my skilllage to some people like the guy that sat around and played the flash Frogger game on this site until 30000 points.
I didn't catch on too quick that most atari games didn't have endings or viable storylines so, I got really miffed over space invaders about 100 levels later.
I've got to say SMB was probably the best game ever made.
Halo 1/2 are probably my favorite games and I've played quite a few number of tournaments and also made some maps and stuff for Halo CE.

I watched "Wizard" So much as a kid.
My first real Preview to SMB 3.0, I had a long time subscription to Nintendo Power and they never had good pics in it. But the movie made it look so aweseome.
