I'm having problem runnnig some of the games off my Evox dashboard. The game loads up to a black and white mode and screen's divided into 3 flickering sectons.
i thought its gotto do with some region differences. i'm running on an asian pal version of xbox. tried changing system to nstc and whole dashboard turn out whacky. setting region to AUTO doesn't work(or i'm missing out on something)
also...i realised such problem only occurs with back-up cds that's bundled with trainers. trainers worked fine with my previous dashboard(UIX).
can anyone help?

WOW that happened to me yesterday. if it is switched to PAL then that will happen u need to know a way around your dashboard. find ur system settings, and change it then restart ur xbox cuz it wont work immediatly. it should work then. _________________

thanks for correcting me and the useful link anyways you got to use Enigmah Xbox PAL-NTSC Video Selector to that the xbox can be back to normal , if you have a ntsc xbox you just load this and press ntsc a coupel of times and it should be fixed , alto gus said to do a opsite direction , "if your ntsc then run this app hit pal then hit ntsc then hit pal and fianly hit ntsc and restart " but if your pal then do same but backwards but if you can answer my questions on the previous post i'd apriciate it _________________ |FTP|Useful Links| softmod vs hardmod questions

wow! u guys are all 'networked' eh? anyway..thx to his referral..i got my prev prob solved by browsing thru the threads.
anyway...back to my problem.
1) i got a pal system.
2) doing a Egnima switch cause my whole dashbnoard to switch to tt flicker mode.
3) it happens when i run game disc with evox trainers in it.(other back-ups worked fine) to run it properly, i have to go thru xbox explorer, open up the game folder and run its default.xbe.
will try ur switching technique. will keep dated. thx!
UPDATE
well...tt switch trick didn't work. perhaps tt's my xbox's way to tell me quit being a cheater? lol

i did try switching to game region 'auto' on evox. it's still the same. worse of all running game using my stated 'xbox explorer method' don't work. (turns same as in screenshots)

but strange thing's that the games run fine independently. only occurs after trainers' applied.
