I just recently purchased star wars clone wars and tetris worlds (they are 1 game) I put it in and it started updating my xbox live. My console was softmoded with sid 4.5. Since the update i can't access xbmc or my harddrive to either put sid 4.5 back on it or read it if its still on the drive.
only thing that comes up is the xbox live menu for account management and new accounts. when i try to back out of it either loads game in the drive or it just reloads the xbox live screen.
forgot to mention it will only boot retail games. aid does not load.

Load the game you used for the softmod. The gamesaves are still on the hdd. All you have to do is re-do the softmod. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

I can't access the hard drive from the game or the games just aren't there anymore.... however i can't get it onto the hard drive otherwise...

If the gamesaves are no longer on the hdd then you will have to do a hotswap. Look up pirrup for the tutorial and files. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

oh man you deleted your game save exploits.. well now your only solution(s) is
* hotswap w/an eeprom*
* modchip*

Of course i have splinter cell =/ not 007
Its not been that long since i purchased my xbox and the people i got it from said bring it in and they will replace it. They orginally erased the hard drive and made it a clean retail install. So they will do it again.
Is there any way to avoid this problem again?? Should i put the game in before i mod it??
Also:
I swear that the sid was still on the hard drive when i put the game in orginally. or it just may be my lack of a short term memory

basicly if the exploits are gone then theirs no way for linux or ftping .... so the other solution is a chip or hotswaping the hd and then it works then you start all over .... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
