I have an idea that there is a way to fix all (Xbox needs service error codes).
Heres my idea, have two xboxes. One xbox with an error on it and one softmodded xbox without an error on it. Now you take the working softmodded xbox and hook it up to the computer with the right cable. FTP the working xbox to the computer and backup drivers C and E from the working xbox to the computer. Now after that click on stop ftp. Then take out the cable from the working xbox and hook it up to your non-working xbox with the error (my error is 13). Now download the drivers C and E that the working xbox had from the computer to your non-working xbox.
It should copy over. Then your old messed up xbox will now have a modded dashboard on it, or you could possibly connect your working xbox to the error code xbox and ftp to it, and backup your C and E drives from the working xbox to the messed up xbox.
Just a good Theory. I'll try it once I've got the right tools.

your error 13 means that your dash
has failed to launch. normaly means
the .xbe has the wrong name or
something along those lines.
I presume the xbox with this error
is modded, in which case you can
make a boot disk by using c-xbox
tool to make an iso out of a dash-
board ( any dash, rename the evoxdash.xbe
on evox for example to default.xbe )
then burn the iso image to c-dr (if
you have a good dvd drive or it'll
have to go on a dvd-r/w)
