Well I modded My xbox with the xeniuim ice chip (pin head installed) and finally got it working with the evox m8 bios and evox 3921 dashboard. After frying two xboxes. then couldn't figure out how to back up my games to the a new 120 gig lockable hdd I installed and used the evox hd wizard on. and after getting that done right (after three weeks and numerous hours of headache I got that to work. I then installed dvd2xbox and put the settings at enable "g" drive, enable "f" drive and patch games automatically. The games install on the hdd and a screen ups up saying patching xbe's then returns to the previos screen.
here is my problem!!!
I then go to load my games from the hdd and when I do the opening screen (fmv or game intro screen plays fine on all my games i've installed) but after the intro screen the menu options screen for the game wont load the screen just goes black the power is still on and the chip is powered up but can't figure out what Ive done wrong please help I want to get this working so I can install the xbox in my car with out the discs so I don't screw them up in my car

Hiya
What format are your games, i.e pal/ntsc etc?
Check the video region in the evox settings to see what it is set to?
You got any backups on cd you could try aswell? and originals?

the settings are set to ntsc as well are the games do to my area being in the U.S. I will try changing them to pal format but will I need to reinstall the game!!
