I saw the picture where the xbox and the cable in it go connected to the modem and from the modem another cable go to the pc ..well i only have one crossover cable and that's it ..i dont have a ethernet cable because iam usiing a wireless laptop. Need help

Uh, a crossover cable should work if it's plugged into your laptop or something, try that, then wait for the xbox dash to display and IP and FTP it.

This laptop doesnt have to put that kind of cable lol ..
Good that the new laptop i got today does have it. I have the ethernet and the crossover cable now lol
