I have performed most tasks required to run and utilize a certain auto installer dated back to 2004. this is my first post ever since my xbox hobby took off. i found the latest auto installer to be ***yer's auto installer v 3.1, but there are many other versions out there. I was wondereing if thats correct, and if so where can i find the info on how to update, or upgrade my xbmc. I have read through many tuts and looked for forums and they tell you how to install new. I have more than one xbox, but i only use my newest V 1.6 box. could someone please redirect me to the proper listing, or help me out in any way.

I guess my real question is, can the new Installer go over my old one, or do i have to remove my current Dash(s) before using the new one? I do intend on becoming VIP, I just want to make sure that i learn all the rules of posting and such before moving past noob.
