I am having a similar problem that alot of people are, but this xbox wont run any games. I modded my little brothers xbox and a day later he got the 21 screen to come on. I have tried to run the auto installer also. I was wondering if anyone has an idea of what to try. When mine had the 21 screen a year ago i just re ran the jamesbond game and reinstalled the softmod. But it doesnt work for this one. Thanks for any input you can give.

If you can't run games or ftp, you need to do a hotswap.
