Ok can someone please help me? I've got an xecuter 2.6 lite with a virgin 120 gb western digital hdd. I've flashed my bios via http with the x2 5035. I burned the AID 3.0 to the "T" with the manual. I used a DVD-R on a Samsung dvd drive with DVD dycrypter. And yes i copied the ISO file with the update and dummy file (1GB). When i flashed it the xbox turned off and booted my when i put my AID disk in nothing happens. I still get the ble screen to Flash Bios, Load Bios for HDD, ETC..... can someone please help.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by burning AID 'to the "T" with the manual'.
It sounds as if you haven't flashes the bios properly, as the blue screen with "Flash bios, Load bios from HDD" etc. is the FlashBios tool, for flashing the bios, and won't actually run any .xbe files (games, apps, AID etc).
It could be something to do with the bios bank settings, but I'm not 100% sure of this as I/ve not used an Xecuter 2.6, only X3. _________________

What i mean about copying AID to the "t" i mean copied it step by step. also how do i know if the bios flashed right? It showed it turning yellow and then green and then shut off?

If the bios is flashed correctly, I'm pretty sure when you boot up, instead of saying 'Microsoft' it should say 'Xecuter2' and go to the MS dash if you don't have any others installed. Once it does this, you should have no probs running AID.
If you followed the manual for burning AID, there should be no problems with it
In any case, please tell me exactly how your xbox is booting up, so I get some idea of whats going on, (eg, front LED colour, X logo colour, screen display, Xecuter2 logo?) _________________

its booting up normal with the blue flash bios screen. it wont do anything after that. if i turn the chip off it goes to the green x logo and then goes directly to the error code 16 because its a new HD. The LED color is green as normal.

You need to install a hacked bios.

ok this is really starting to erk me. i flashed the bios via http version 4983.06 256k. it restarts and reloads to the flash bios 3.0.3 even with my aid in. i copied the bios to disc it reconized the disc but told me that there is no bios update.
