Posted: Wed Feb 08, 2006 4:28 pm Post subject: Xecuter 3 mod flash trouble, who can i send it to?
I installed my xecuter 3 CE successfully and it works enough to have the flashbios screens comeup, but i have not been able to get the damn bios to flash after at least 20 hours of work. I finally got the evox m8 plus 16 to work (I think) over http flashing because it showed a progress bar type thing of PPPPPPPPPP growing across the screen. i never got the yellow or green bar and it restarted but wouldnt boot up again after that, so I am trying to flash the other 1MB bank now and cant even get the http to connect. i have tried 5 different types of dvds and cds and at least 5 different burning methods and various programs for making iso files and such. i have even tried ftp and all that unsuccessfully as well. The only options left to me are for someone to tell me how to use the "Flash from HDD" option or some help on finding someone to pay and send it to the flash it for me. Please help, this has been a 2 week ordeal and i have all but given up.

What version xbox do you have? If you have a 1.6, make sure you're using a 1.6 bios. _________________
