Has nothing really to do with a softmod but my best friends xbox keeps showing a dirty disc error and won't play any games..... His dashboard and everything boots up fine it just says that for every game.... Can someone please help..... please

Try cleaning the laser lens or the mirror. with rubbing alcohol. If that doesn't work, i'd look into a new dvd drive. _________________

take the xbox apart , take out the dvd drive , take the dvd drive apart and clean it well ,
use a cuetip and some alcohol to clean the lense ,

And a can of compressed air to blow out the dust wont hurt either but do it before you clean your lens. _________________
